We are excited to announce that we are headed to Rock Springs this summer for an awesome week of camp!

Summer Camp is a week-long camp for both students going into grade 7-12. We take a couple hundred students and leaders to Rock Spring Retreat Center in Junction City, KS for a week of deep community and growing in our walk with Christ.

We also have lots of free time every day for students to enjoy the pool, horseback riding, archery, skeet shooting, high ropes course, mountain biking and all kinds of sports and activities. We also have friendly competitions throughout the week between grades.

We carve out time each day for students to “Be With” God on their own – to read their Bibles, pray, journal, etc. We have incredible worship and teaching each morning and evening. We believe this can truly be a life-changing experience, and we would love for every middle and high school student to come and experience the best week of their summer!

Camp dates: Friday, August 1st thru Tuesday, Aug. 5th   -Students going into 7th-12th (Fall 2025)

IMPORTANT NOTE: when you sign up for Summer Camp, you will have a list of activities to register for.  You can choose up to two options and these have an additional cost.  Here are the options:

• Archery ($5 for 1 hour) – Standard Archery is a fun introduction to archery. Here participants will learn how to safely shoot our bows at standard bullseye targets.
• Aerial Archery ($5 for 1 hour) – Here participants take turns shooting at foam disks thrown into the air by our target thrower.
• Arts & Crafts ($5 for 1 hour) – Spend an in the A/C using your creative minds to create a piece of art to take home.
• Canoes ($5 for 1 hour) – Join us in learning about boating safety and paddle skills. Participants will have the opportunity to practice their new skills and explore Lake Bluestem.
• Giant Swing ($10 for 1 hour) – THIS video will give you an idea of what this is.
• High Ropes Course ($15 for 2 hours) – This was a favorite at Fall Retreat.
• Horseback Riding ($20 for 2 hours) – This is a two hour adventure through the prairie.
• Mountain Biking ($5 for 1 hour) – Bike through the prairie at Rock Springs.
• Rifles ($5 for 1 hour) – Participants will be introduced to basic shooting techniques using .22 caliber rifles.
• Stream Study ($5 for 1 hour) – Youth are given the opportunity to wade in Rock Springs creeks and discover the hidden aquatic life. The main focus of this offering is macroinvertebrates such as mayflies, damselflies, and caddisflies. However, the capture of crawdads and orange throat darters is a common occurrence as well! Closed toe shoes that can get wet are required.
• Survival Skills ($5 for 1 hour) – Learn essential outdoor survival skills, such as shelter building, fire making, and finding drinkable water.
• Team Building ($5 for 1 hour) – Participants will work together to complete tasks and goals set by the facilitator. Activities focus on three main components: communication, cooperation and trust.
• Trap Shooting ($5 for 1 hour) – Test your skills by attempting to hit airborne clay targets! Participants will learn about the safety and art of trap shooting with 20 gauge shotguns from trained Rock Springs staff. Recommended for ages 12 and up.

Summer Camp COST: $450 ($100 of the cost is non-refundable)
Early Bird: $399 (until Feb. 26th)
